Description: This building projection was created for an event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first Apollo Moon landing.  The event was themed “Dancing in the Streets” after a famous speech by Wernher Von Braun given at the time of the landing. The projection was done in Huntsville, AL at the same location Von Braun made his speech in 1969.

What I did: Without going into too much detail, I created approximately 80% of the edit as well as the cartoon astronaut animations. I also created a series of social media videos and GIF’s for promoting the event. You can see one of those GIF’s below.

Fun Fact: The project ended on a 41 hr caffeine-fueled sprint to the finish line as we ended up making a few changes at 10 pm the night before the event.
